Living and enjoying in Pulas historic neighbourhood!

Dear travelers!

I offer my guests excellent privacy, ideal for couples, small families, groups of friends, solo adventurers as well as business travelers. This sunny and cozy 44 square meter self-catering apartment with a view of the pedestrian zone in Pula, is located on the third floor of a 3-storey apartment house, on one of the most central, safe street in the best position of the historical center of Pula.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the centennial town market (Trznica), 10 minutes from the amphitheater (Arena), 2 minutes to the Forum and Augustus temple, 2 minutes to the triumphal arch (the Golden Gate) and from 1630 the Venetian fortress, the on top of a hill overlooking Pula, is only 10 minutes away.

In the surrounding restaurant you can end the evening with a glass of wine.

The apartment has a bedroom (with a double bed 160×200) and a living room (with fold-out sofa bed 110×200). Both rooms are connected by a partition with passageway. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay: daylight bathroom comes with a shower , hairdryer and towels fitted. In the kitchen you will find everything the cooking heart desires (refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots, water cooker, dining table, etc.).

Should you cut your fingers while cooking, you will find in the first aid kit even the one or the other plaster as well as bandage.

You can surf the Internet in the comfort of your home thanks to Wi-Fi!

The air conditioning ensures cool days in summer and hot nights in winter.

There are also free parking facilities, in the immediate vicinity (30m), right next to the paid parking, which are hard to get because of the high demand. Other free parking is 5 minutes from the apartment. The distance to Pulas Harbor is about 300m.

You can reach the nearest beach in 10-15 minutes by bicycle. For a small extra charge, you can rent 2 bikes directly from me on request.

There is also the possibility to explore one or the other public beach by bus. The bus stop is 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment. A bus ticket costs 8-11 kuna depending on the destination.

I will do my best to make your stay a like at home, away from home.

A long promenade leads directly along the coast of Pula. There is a mixture of all types of beaches with rocks, concrete pits and pebble beaches. (Verudela, Hawaii, Stoja, Valkane, Ambrela, ….)
