Summary:

Details of the process:

All prices are for 2 persons.

A third bed (sofa bed) can be booked in the living room on request.

Per stay you pay 35,-€ for cleaning.

Reservation:

This is to be paid in advance as follows:

30% from 7 stay days

50% for 3-7 stay days

100% for 1-3 stay days

Details:

A contactless key handover (by using a key box) makes it possible to check in late in the evening.

Getting there:

From Pula Airport (PUY) there are shuttle buses to the port in Pula. From there you can walk along the harbor to the apartment (approx. 15 minutes).

Check-in is generally possible from 4 p.m., deviations may be set up.

Check-out must be done by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Registration and handing over:

Upon arrival at the apartment, I need a photo of a signed data protection declaration and a photo of your travel document in order to register you with the tourist office.

The tourist tax is included in the price.

In addition to Croatian, I speak German and English.

Other important information:

Smoking is forbidden in the apartment!
Not suitable for pets!
No parties or events!
Not safe or unsuitable for toddlers (under 3 years)!
The guest is responsible for any damage that happens in the apartment.
The owner has the right to calculate the amount necessary for the repair or remediation of damages caused.
